RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At elevia, we create thoughtfully designed pieces with care and attention to detail. While we hope you love everything you order, please read our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
Product Disclaimer
- Product images displayed on our website are professionally edited during post-production.
- Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen resolution.
Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Made-to-order and customised products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
- Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, customers must ship the product back to our return address.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
- Any quality or quantity-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence.
- COD and express shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns are not applicable on international orders.
- All packaging materials including boxes, gift wraps, and protective packaging are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at 📩 eleviastore.care@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos or a video showing the product, including the brand tag and plastic seal.
- Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 4–5 working days, depending on serviceability.
- After the product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refunds are typically credited to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days after approval.
Refund Eligibility
- Products must be returned with all original tags intact.
- Items must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Gift cards and store credits are valid for a lifetime.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return and processed as per the return policy.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at eleviastore.care@gmail.com.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must ship the item back themselves.
- Reverse pickup is subject to logistics service availability.
- Any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refusal of an exchange shipment after dispatch will result in a ₹200 deduction from the refund amount.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
If an exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining amount will not be refunded. We recommend opting for a return with a gift card refund, which can be used for future purchases.
